We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges only for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited edition or promotional products

  • Items purchased with discount codes

  • Accessories such as caps, socks, or face masks (for hygiene reasons)


3. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or product variation (subject to stock availability).
If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund instead.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us.
