All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia, including both West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order through the courier’s official website or app.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Delays & Lost Parcels
Prostreet is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions or customs clearance
If your parcel is lost or delayed beyond 14 days, please contact us so we can assist in tracing or claiming compensation from the courier (if applicable).
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply.
